I am a little fed up of people talking behind my back ( and in front of me) about how i let down KFC by not being hospitable to the customers. They really are bugging me off....I am really gonna show them now how good i can be ...just watch!!!!

Hospitality...

Well i got my first ever bad work report from my manager from KFC....Says i was good at all the things like accuracy and fast delivery of order...but lost a lot of points in being hospitable.... SHe said that i wasn't hospitable with the customer....
